Payments, Charges & Refunds
  • Charges may appear as “CCBill” on bank statements

  • Refund eligibility depends on content type

  • Digital or on-demand content may not be refundable once accessed

  • Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension

Account Access & Security

Contact support if you:

  • Cannot log in

  • Suspect unauthorised access

  • Have account restrictions

  • All fans must be 18+

  • We use a certified age-assurance provider

  • We do not store identity documents

  • Access may be restricted if age verification fails

Harassment, Abuse & Misuse

Report the following immediately:

  • Harassment or threats

  • Unwanted messages

  • Requests for off-platform payments

  • Unsafe, abusive, or exploitative behaviour

Reports are reviewed and actioned in line with our platform policies.

What We Don’t Support

Things support can’t help with

  • Creator content disputes or personal disagreements

  • Refunds for content already accessed

  • Issues handled directly by CCBill (billing processor)
